But now we are not able to upload our website files. we had sent complaints by email but there was no response from them. Also, they have not given the phone number in their website. Terrible company. If you want to change a booking they'll charge you way over the odds 75 quid each way. They won't refund the tickets either just taxes with of course their fee taken off. With the keratin treatment you need to wash it with a special shampoo otherwise it comes out. Despite having told them, the stylist washed the treatment out worth £150!!! I ordered the free trial product 30/4/11. Having received nothing from them by 17/5/11 I rang the customer support . I was told that they had had such a massive response that they had to catch up on a back log and they would reship mine. Still, to this date 15/6/11 I have not received my order.
