Poor service, no meal check and miserable waiters. Firstly ask for BBQ sauce, was notified I had to pay 50p, wouldn't mind doing so I had a decent size portion but when the waiter bought it out it was in a very small portion even mc donalds and burger king no longer charge but when they did it was 5-10p and was bigger than this portion! I ordered the free trial product 30/4/11. Having received nothing from them by 17/5/11 I rang the customer support . I was told that they had had such a massive response that they had to catch up on a back log and they would reship mine. Still, to this date 15/6/11 I have not received my order. I sent an e mail on two occasions, only to receive a automated response, saying they would contact me. They never have. I refuse to make any more phone calls, especially not knowing how much I am charged per minute. I was given the car freshener gels as a gift for my new Audi. So you can imagine my horror when i returned to my car to find what looked like gel ontop of my change holder above the gear stick. First i did not realise what it was then as i started to drive i noticed the freshener drip. I have paid this company called highway lgv 1100 pounds for my pcv practicals back August 2010. I was promised a date in November which was cancelled at the last date. I was given 2 more dates which was cancelled at the last dates as well. these people are big cons. Now I have pay more money to go to go to court.
