BBG COMMUNICATIONS are overcharging credit cards for telephone services and HEATHROW AIRPORT is receiving commission for allowing them to continue. I purchased some chaps and boots from tackdirect.co.uk. The chaps were represented as being a medium but were very small when tried on. I called and was asked to write an email to request a return or exchange, which I eventually did. I purchased a watch from Montres Charmex in Geneva in 2008. 10 months later it needed a major repair as 2 of 3 functions were disabled and broken. Got drawn into buying a guitar based on a set of photo's sent to me. Turned out the guy who goes under the trading name ghd-mk4-chi-shop didn't even have the guitar but ordered one from a local supplier with no quality control at all. My laptop HP Pavillion Dv9505tx series...getting extremely hot and now the latest is that the screen has gone blank with lots of coloured dots accross the screen. Fan inside is working overtime with lots of noise so HP must have set it to work 100% in order that the laptop does not get heated so very quickly. Goods were ordered from this company and paid for through PayPal. The goods were unsatisfactory (batteries did not work). They were sent back by recorded delivery and signed for. A refund was promised as long ago as August, but is still not forthcoming. PayPal do not want to know as they only guarantee items purchased from e-bay. Wedding Photo's were great but when we got our album, it didn't have all of the 100 photo's that we had chosen. Most importantly the family photo of the grooms side of the family was missing when we had clearly asked for it.
