I booked for an engineer to come and unblock our drains this morning to be told that someone would definitely arrive between 3-4pm. At 4pm I phoned to find out where the engineer was only to be told that he had broken down and had no guarantees that he would even come today! I am furious as this was and still is an emergency. A woman named Glynis is a driving instructer at the driving academy. She kept on taking money from my grandad and didnt even bother showing up to my driving test. I had no less then about 16/17 lessons with her, i could already drive a car before i went to learn with her.
