I am absolutely appauled by CashMyGold's service. I received my cheque after 5 days of sendng in my platinum rings, which I only received a cheque of £18.92 for. Worst of all, I got my rings back (thankfully) but also received someone elses jewelry. I did the right thing by sending it to it's rightful owner and not back to CMG in case they end up sending it to the wrong person again. This is fraudulent. I ordered a trial sample which was received and I found my visa debited with £19.95. There is no way to contact the Company and they keep sending more whitener, I have told my Visa card supplier that this is a fraudulent transaction and must not be allowed. Horrified to read the quotes about QS Supples. Ordered bathroom equipment, of which they said they had 5 in stock. When tried to track order - nothing. Rang the next day. I paid for 3 x dvd boxsets from this company but only one turned up... after I had complained to paypal because I had not received after one month.
