I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit. This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account. I have to say, Dell customer support in the UK has generally been good, until support takes place oversea's, such as during evening and weekends. I recently had 24/7 4hr mission critical support for a Dell switch, which died during the weekend.
