I fell into the free offer trap, only pay P&P but have since had SIX different companies taking money from my account and each one includes an International Fee or an Overseas Transaction Fee. I have received 1 bottle of slimming pills posted from the UK. Just for information the companies are MAXACIABURN, WELLBHEALTH, ELITEPACK, KITACCESS, IMPROVE HEALTH & HEALTH AID. I cant understand why my bank wont block it - I only gave permission for the P&P fee to be taken from my account. I'd like to know how the other companies got my details. I feel so foolish & angry. This company have been withdrawing from my bank account for several months funds for products that I have not asked for nor received. I have adviced my bank to stop all transactions with this company and to discontinue the foriegn transaction fees that they have been charging me for these transactions. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this fraudulent action and take the necessary measures to stop them and to reimbuse the funds they have robbed from me and my family. They were authorised to take out 99p on my visa card but have taken a further amount of £53.64 unauthorised under the name XM health and beauty - who I had never heard of. I was told by Dune Customer Services to check with the post office - I did this and apparently Royal Mail seem to have misplaced the items. We paid £119 for this warranty not realising the hundreds of complaints against them. They sent an engineer out 7 days ago who told us the sky box would need to be repaired, they would send another box while ours was away, this has not happened and no one has been in touch .vMy husband called them today and they said they could not get any more boxes but if they did our name was at the top of the list HA HA HA WONT HOLD OUR BREATHS!!
