I placed an order for shutters with Hillary's on 17th April. I was informed by the rep that they would be 6-8 weeks. After 16 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted the Customer Care line (26th July) to be told that they had "they have just arrived in the country today". Following is an account of our problems with Mayan Palace. We bought a time share two years ago and are finding it impossible to make reservations at Puerto Vallart, Nuevo Vaillarta, Mayan Riviera, Acapulco (mayan palace) even though we logging onto the web site at one minute after midnight 6 months prior as required. We finally got a reservation at the Sea Garden. However our time share was bought for Mayan Palace. This makes this time share a scam or fraud. I Have recently sent a mobile back for repair, it was sent on the 25/06/07 i have not received the phone back as yet, i do understand about the 10 day turn around but i just kept getting told different things by your call center. On June 18th I rented a car from Budget @ the White Plains airport with the scheduled return to Daytona BEach but a possible return back to the originating rental location.
