food is of sub standard quality, items advertised on menu do not actually get brought out on the plate and no extra replacement or expalnation. The children's meals are extremley poor value and the side portions consist of baked beans (eight and toamato juice) and munch crunch veg (two strips of cucumber, 2 grapes, no carrott as advertised). Chips are often burnt and the mashed potato comes in one hard lump and can quite easily cause young children to choke as it did mine. Steer clear of PWC! They seem to have absolutely incompetent tax preparers who can't count. Basically, I'm a US-expat who lived in the UK. I would like to complain about the inappropriate TV programme shown on ITV tonight at 7.20pm called Demons. How anyone thinks that it would be considered "family viewing" is beyond me. If programmes like this must be aired then surely they need to be after the watershed. NPower has a split price for gas consumption, now at 6.504 p per kWh for the first 4572Kwh/year and 2.098 for the following. I have tried for many hours to contact Expedia by phone at 13 pence per minute and no one answers. I have written 7 e-mails and they reply telling me to phone. I have sent them my number and no one calls. I now face a loss of business because I cannot change a flight. I normally never use Expedia for my monthly intercontinental flight. I never will again.
