They are hard to get a hold of for support and only have a basic web based response system. You leave a message, they respond type thing. I wired money to their account but never recieved the product. They only responded to my emails at the very beginning confirming receipt of the money and apologizing for the delay. After a few months they stopped responding completely. The only way I could get a response from them is if I acted like a new customer interested in their product. My company has been charged £1.06 f0r an item that supposedly was over weight and would not go through the letter slot. I took this up to the local post office in Ilminster, Somerset and they themselves told me that the letter was the right size and weight to go as the first class stamp that was on it. Have bought numerous prepaid phone cards to call internationally, usually for £5. The card claims hundreds of minutes to landlines, and less for mobiles. The truth is they give you around 1/5th the time they state. Furthermore, if you use a few minutes and then try to use the card a week later, the card has become redundant- claims that there is no more credit, which is IMPOSSIBLE as I have only used about 12 minutes, even when the card states that it will expire between 30-90 days from first use (depending on company).
