This is the first time I had to wait a long time for a pelvic sonogram. The lady who attended me told me to drink two bottles of water. As soon as I was prepared for the exam (other words, my bladder was full), she was going to let me in. I followed her instructions. I drank two bottle of water, I was full, and I told her. After I told the lady that by bladder was full, I had to wait one hour and a half (more or less) until somebody calls me to do the sonogram. By that time, I had to go to the bathroom. Two times after we heard about the contest that you could win different trips on the radio, we called in and they said we won. The first time I "won" I did not have the money. My experience with SEARS was NASTY, After 12 calls from my cell phone, they concluded that my Kenmore Oasis HE is not covered by the Recall and they asked me to pay $129.99 for the service, but if the washer needs a part they will make an extra charge for it, therefore, I won't buy at Sears anymore.They lost an excellent Customer since 1987 and they don't care about it. They advertise Basic 6 Bag Set $10 + $6.95 S&H, Includes FREE Organizer, just pay separate S&H $6.95. I ordered two sets and one free organizer. The S$H should have been $20.85. During the process of checking out I was never given the chance to review my order and approve the final order. I am writing to explain an ongoing problem that I have had in trying to obtain a replacement pump Model 635 from an Intex 24 X 12 pool set that I purchased June 3rd, 2007 at a Canadian Tire store in Canada. The pump only lasted approximately 2 weeks before it ceased to function any longer and I immediately contacted the INTEX service department in California for a warranty replacement, detailing the circumstances in a letter and faxing the information as requested.
