The props for the photo shoot for our baby were totally different from what we ordered. Although the size of the props was not according to the baby’s yet she insisted on using them despite of our objection. They seemed weary, tattered and unhygienic .She was totally unprofessional instead of realizing her mistake she started an argument with us.

Newborn Photography Props
After months of searching in local shopping malls, I finally came across Beautiful Photo Props and I'd have to admit, it was definitely worth the wait. They have everything you can possibly imagine, from headbands, blankets, cocoons to stretch knit wraps, faux fur posing rugs, wood branch owl/bird nests, hand made knit and crochet baby hats and beanies; not to mention how incredibly on-time the items came in the mail.

A simple word to describe my experience with harpernoelphotography would be "nightmare". I could never seem to reach them when I needed to, even though I was obviously paying them well. When they finally decided to get in touch, they were rude and eager to end the conversation. The fan mail section they have on their website does not seem to be authentic because what they produce for us just doesn't add up.

Perhaps some small measure of success have gone to its head for this company to behaved in a manner I never would have expected. It seems like I had to chase for an answer for every little question I need clarifications to. Every tiny request had an extra charge to it, even though it wouldn't have cost them any time and money at all. The photos looked to be edited hastily and unprofessionally. I regretted not checking market rates before engaging the photography services of Platt. When it became clear to me that I was paying way more than others, I politely requested for a refund since there was no contract binding my payment. It would have been fine even if the refund wasn't in full. Instead, I was denied any refund at all and I believe he has no intention on providing the service either. I might just have paid for air.

Mieke did not live up to my expectations at all. I had to, on several occasions, advise her on how to adjust the settings on her camera. I can understand if she asked for my opinions once in a while about how a specific photograph should be taken, but if I have to do it all the time then I might as well be doing it myself. That was not the professional photography service I was promised. I am surprised that her amateur skills didn't stop her from charging some high-end rates. read full review »

Lisa was late on our wedding day photoshoot and disappeared without a word halfway through the event. Simply put, she did not do the one thing she was hired to do and was even rude to me when I confronted her to get a refund. Hands down the worst photography business around here!

Not satisfied with the service. Although he claims to photograph in 'creative' and 'unique' ways, my interpretation of what he did for me was just 'lazy' and not at all worth the time and money I committed to engaging his services. The quality of the photos can only be, at best, described as on par with amateurs. I could have found myself a much better deal at half the price.

I had no idea that something so straightforward could become a mess when dealing with a amateur business. Scheduled a shoot with Salima Studios only for them to get the dates wrong and then had the audacity to blame it on us. They also added a re-scheduling fee which I reluctantly paid for in an attempt to keep our relationship pleasant. More importantly, the photo I got does not corresponds to what was showcased in their portfolio.

Laura should take some time off her photography business to consider whether her present work ethics works well for her sustainability in the long term. My photography session with her was supposed to be a 1-2 hour quality shoot but it turns out she obviously had somewhere else to go just 15 minutes into the session. Her words were sugar coated prior to my purchase, but much of the commitments she made was not honored. Very disappointed with the results.
