I purchased a very expensive book from COGNOSCENTI BOOKS AND ANTIQUES. According to the site, the book was very rare which automatically inflated the price. Unfortunately, I was not aware of Second Hand Book Shops in the internet and grabbed this copy. After some few weeks, I found the same book priced between $ 60-75. A small amount to be compared to the hefty price I paid from COGNOSCENTI BOOKS AND ANTIQUES. My 2011 Ford Fudion obtained a STRESS FRACTURE in it while the car was sitting still in a parking lot all day. I came in from work and saw the fracture and called Paramus ford ASAP. The service manager Anthony looked at it and agreed that it was in fact a stress fracture. He assured that the dealership and Ford would replace it under WARRANTY. We booked our last trip with Dan Howell. The first part of our trip was a NIGHTMARE and that's all we talk about after 2 weeks that should have be a trip of a life time! We have been to several cheesecake factories. I work across the street from one and live in the neighborhood of another. I must say the one in Sterling VA has to have the worst take-out service. Every time you call someone says they'll put you on a short hold. After waiting six to eight minutes we call back and ask for the manager and it happens all over again. I recently purchased the New Nouveau Ultra Downy and had an unpleasant experience. The second PC I purchased, after 13 years of living with and older, frustrating model from another manufacturer. The first one I bought (after my spouse's death) had a bad motherboard. I had to take it back about 50 miles to the vendor, and get a replacement. I did not relize it at the time, but the write head on this one's drive is defective, and I did not find this out until after the warranty had expired. Another SCAM, I haven't had any use out of this product, the product claims to send unique articles to a number of different article sites in one go within 30 seconds, I can only get it to submit to one site, the others keep failing. I even tried to do it one site at a time, but still no luck. Another site that claims money back if your not satisfied, but I guess this is only if you can actually get hold of customer service! My friend has hired Deegan Roofing, the workers are doing amazing work. My complaint is how unprofessional the "boss" is. He's made racial slurs towards the workers and refuses to pay them even though the company itself has gotten paid. I purchased travel insurance through access america booking through Delta airlines. Our baggage was delayed for a day. The baggage had the materials needed to do an out of state job for our Company. Our trip was interrupted because we could not complete our work without our baggage. Access America agreed the claim is covered but they deny gettting the documentation I have sent 4 times. The owner is rude. Would rather get into a fight with a patron than say he's sorry for the poor service his staff gives. His goons think they are at the Jersey Shore.
