Purchased a transmission and transfer case. Shift levers for both were cut off with a torch. We were never told there was no warranty or no return. Paid cash. Searched everywhere. On 8/8/10 I purchased Safe Cart File Cure to help with some of the problems I was having in my personal computer. I installed the program & couldn't get it to work. Then on 8/25/10 I installed Safecart Driver Cure to see if that would help with the File Cure. To my disappointment neither worked. I contacted technical support to help with my computer problem. This has happend to me to, I was lied and cheated, They say that the discount rate will be 1.29%, but all my discounts on an average were 3-4% and when confronted, I was told that the discount rate varies if a different card is used. I purchased a Frigidaire professional range and an extended warranty fom Brandsmart in July of 2009. Over two months ago my range failed and started producing an alarm sound continuously and I had to shut off the circuit breaker to stop it. Purchased a $20 groupon for Martinizing Dry Cleaners @ 146th st in Carmel IN. When I went to pick up my clothes, they told me that the groupon had to have ben presented when I dropped them off. They pointed out an 8x10 sign on the counter stating this. I don't believe this sign was there when I dropped off the clothes because had I seen it I would have shown the groupon to them. I just looked over my credit card statement and saw a charge that I didn't recognised, so I called the number associated with the billing. The automated voice message asked me for an account number or membership number. Then they ask you to give your name and credit card number that the charges was billed to if you don't know your account number. Right. I was reluctant to give them any information about myself since I don't even know these people, and have no idea as to how they got my credit card number.
