This company is a piece of work, ordered 1 stack and tilts, site said order another for 1.00, free trial for 30 days, no confirming email, no invoice with the product, expected less than $20 charge, got $87 charge. This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won. Now they are doing a really bad job of cleaning our offices, cannot speak English, so we have not communication. Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. Called my bank, no money, payment I made was the same as cash, and atm accounts don't have billing cycles. Do not buy from them if there is a chance you have to return anything. Our two Contour Adjustable Beds were delivered, on 3/12/2011, set up and demonstrated. A short time later I raised the bed to put the bottom sheet on. Robaugh Products has no phone number listed. My order never arrived and they ignored my first email. The second email I sent was copied to the Bonner Springs Police Department. I was told I had to click on a particular box to unscrable my entire system (which didn't have a problem until this box appeared) and when I did there appeared a $99.90 charge on my account, but I got no service or address or phone number to contact them. After filing eviction papers on one of my tenants, they hired attorney Dennis Chen to represent them. Mr. Chen managed to get the case dismissed after the tenants moved out. Now he is fighting me for his fees which are outrageous. 80 hours on an eviction case. That seems a little far fetched. After attending a hearing on the attorney fees, the judge awarded him the fees, but not at 80 hours only 8 hours. This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

Bought a coupon book for $40 from a door to door salesman coupon book had $400 of coupons 5 free oil changes plus lots of other stuff included. Made an appointment for 9am for a simple oil change got out of there at almost 11:00AM. Very hard selling tactics. You need this and this and this many hundreds of $ of repairs. On Monday, November 2, 2009 Sears Service Center would not remove and rotate tires, with lifetime rotation option, purchased from store because mechanic broke a stud removing the nut.
