A Metro Foods truck driver had his windows rolled up and music blaring when backing into a Food Basics loading dock on June 04 2011. They have absolute no customer service there. the receptionist and the manager are very rude. They took my membership card when entering the gym then they ripped it with a pair of scissor, right in front of me. I purchased a used vehicle January 26th, 2011, a 2007 Jeep Laredo. I just noticed my Fido bill and found a third party charge for $10 for the past two months. I called Fido but they told me that it was charged by a company called Two Way traffic and they couldn't get money for me and I should call Two way Traffic myself. I called them but no way to get money back. Two Way Traffic is supposed to be a cheating company that getting people's cellphone number from website and send you message charging $5/message. The website is very misleading. They say you can sign up for a free membership and only need your credit card in order to let you stream the movies in your country. They encourage you to sign up for a 'free trial' of the premium membership and make misleading statements around you not being charged on your credit card. Straight away they charge you and only offer a refund within a 24hr grace perioud. However they don't tell you they've charged you until after that grace period is over. Took car in for a regular oil change. When my car was ready the tech came in and informed the shop that my prop rod was missing under the hood. I was shocked and replied that it was impossible. I asked the shop to order me a new one and they would install it for me. My contract with telus was over. and 1 month after my contract was done.. they took all the features off and started billing me for calls after 6pm... and they notified me that i should have been aware of that i would lose my evenings and weekends free option once my contract was done.
