I bought the product about 3 months ago when there was a promotional offer if you spent so much you got a gift package worth over $100. I had used the Ceramide capsules before & loved them so of course I spent over $80 & bought the 28 ml / 60 capsule jar. Within a month the capsules had started to harden slightly even with the sorbent pack in the jar. Now the capsules are so hard I can't use them! I bought a house and the former owner had a water heater rental with Enbridge. The water heater was rusty and it was 9 years old and I wanted to replace it. I was forced by the rental contract to buy it and Enbridge charged me $246 for a 9 years rusty water heater!!! In addition, in the last 5 years the rental monthly price increased over 50%!!! We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room. We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. I was hired in October 2010. Part of my compensation package as outlined in my letter of employment was a 10% staff discount which can only be obtained by using an HBC Mastercard (interest rate 18.99%) at the service desks. The employee discount would apparently show up on the monthly statement not at the checkout. Well it is January 12th, 2011 and there is no discount on my HBC purchases.
