I do online surveys from time to time and some of the invitations use surveyrouter to supply surveys. Sometimes an hour glass shows up and then nothing happens. If I press refresh then I just have to reinsert my contact info etc... The tech support people keep telling me to turn off security and make cookies allowed. I have tried everything but 99 per cent of the time the surveys don't work. The times that anything happens I get an error or get diqualified. I don't know what to think. I was over charged and sold fresh orange juice that was 8 days expired. When discussed with the business, they didn't want to discuss it, didn't provide a refund and put the phone down on me. We visited a 2 days later to see if they were still selling the expired product, and they were. I did a screening back in Aug./09...they called me to say I passed and could come to Toronto to take photos. For anyone who has borrowed money from cash money, and despite payment arrangements, they attempt to take money out of your bank account without current consent, which i believe to be illegal and breaking laws because I signed a paper once saying they could only take money out of my account once, and they keep doing it. We have submitted 4 piece of ski clothing (worth in total around $1000 CAD) to the dry cleaners above and on the delivery we noticed all garments are ruined with a purplish color on them. I purchased an All-Glass 18" x 48" classic mission style aquarium stand from Big Al's in Edmonton. After I got it home and before it was set up, there was a minor spill of water on the hardwood floor. The left front leg was in the water and because it is a laminate material (partacle board wrapped with a water proof material) caused it to swell significantly; there was no damage to the hardwood flooring. Got bell blackberry phone that did not work. Shipped it back to Bell, never had a phone for a month, still paid 100 dollar bill from Bell even though they had phone. I went to Canadian Tire to purchase paint. The girl that helped me had to tint it 3 times but just couldnt get it right. Then she said if I changed from egg shell to a semi latex it would be better. So I did. Then she did another tint test on the paint and she still didnt mix it right. She said it will look different on the wall then on the shiny peice of paper she's showing me the dry color on, so I should go test it out on my walls. I hired Andrew Segovia Enterprises, Ottawa Ontario for what I thought was a 3 day interior paint job. A proposal was made but not noted in the proposal was lack of detailed surface preparation which led to most of the problems which arose in this disaster of a paint job. After making payment arrangements with them on existing loans of $400 they did not honor the payment arrangements and debited my bank account for the entire loan costs without notification. I changed bank accounts and they accessed my new bank account without my giving them my new account number.
