This place has the worst customer service ever, and what is most shocking is that the owner of the agency provided it! I asked whether there were any flight specials and she ignored me to set up a customer profile. When I asked if I could inquire without providing all my personal information, she said she doesn't want to waste her precious time serving me if I wasn't going to do business. I purchased the script Get Paid Plus from Pluskit.net in october of 2009. Shortly there after I installed the script and noticed some strange things. The script has linkbacks to a site called CreateYourGetPaid.com and there were addons linking to the addon programmers sites. All of which were expired domains. Bell provides calling cards to its customers to aid in convenient charging of calls made from a phone other than your own. Problem is that if you use the card in the US (San Diego in my case) the fees are ridiculously high through a third party supplier. My calling card was used for calls from San Diego to Quebec, with charges of over $7.50 per minute. After tax, a 3 minute call cost $19.44. This school is very poorly organized.Some of the the teachers are grossly unqualified to teach and good ones are constantly quitting, they still use floppy discs for some programs. They advertise a free computer when you join and some students have received used computers with substandard monitors etc. They change class times frequently . This company was hired to do a 'thorough' cleaning of my rental house, which was to include cleaning years of caked on dirt in corners, edges of stairs, built ins, etc. they were also suppose to clean the walls, the baseboards, and the window sills. The Rogers Video Store in my neighbourhood have sent my file to a collections agencies no less than 3 times since the Spring of 2009. The reason for my being sent to a collections agency is because they claim I failed to return DVDs. Caynes Housewares Store online system requies levels of security beyond any online store, and require the customer to apply to the credit card companies for special security. however they will except a phone order without this security, go figure.
