Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one. Steve Weeres is a nation wide scam artist and have taken many people for thousands through his various companies. He took me about 5 yrs ago through a company call Westco. He had me buy software and promised that he would sell it through his website. We have oil heating, and the water tank also is oil fired and started leaking. As it was still summer, and instead of going for a new hot water tank we decided to apply for enbridge gas line. In the first call itself we explained to them that there is no hot water and we hope enbridge will rush up the installation process. You'll get hit with MUCH more than your desired download! I receive calls from this company every couple of days looking for someone who does not live at my address. The number varies from 1-800-439-6575 to 1-866-350-2949. I have called them back a few times to tell them they have the wrong number and to stop calling, yet the calls continue. Not only Comwave has poor service with extremely bad scustomer service, they say during the initial call that 1st mont sevice can be be cancelled with no obligation but of couarse you have to pay $50.00 in the name of Port Out Fee.
