Wow. I've never dealt with a "legitimate " company with such an attitude. I bought a Yardworks 20" mower (60-1767-6) from Canadian Tire in the fall of 07. Worked fine for a year. Based on a showroom sofa, we ordered two leather sofas from Palliser. When they arrived they barely resembled the one in the showroom. All the leather seams (which are sewn in Mexico) of this supposedly Canadian made sofa were gathered, puckered, wrinkled so badly that the sofas looked cheap and hastily made. Our issue is we are having water spots on our sealing on the top floor and don't know if the roof is leaking or if the vents weren't sealed to code. I called this company and asked for a quote on moving a junior 1 bedroom apartment and I was told it was $40/hour for 2 men and a truck. I made the booking for April 26, 2009 for 10am; The movers were 1 hour late and when they arrived they showed me a form and asked me to look it over and sign it.
