Don't use this company! We are 2 couples who booked cruises this summer 2009 with this company. They charged our credit cards and didn't submit payment to cruise line on time. I subscribed to this site to report someone who sent me the link to join and the requested my password. To compensate for it, I got some little credit to check out the site. I was stupid enough to use it and the credit expired with no warning. The chat session continued and I was charged $200 a week later. I let customer service know that I was charged without any warning and they replied arguing that the charges were legit and that they had the record of "the xxx chat sessions" to confirm it. UPS IS TERRIBLE. I originally ordered my Iphone from Rogers on the 29th of August, due to back orders it was not shipped untill the 9th of september. Okay I can accept that. In March 2009, I was charged for two (2) Cooling protection plans - Double billing. I have called Direct Energy 5 times and each time I have been told it will be corrected in the next 1-2 months. I own a vacuum truck company, that worked under Octane Oilfield Services invoices and was to pay 10% off of those invoices to Octane. The work started in May 2009 and ended in early July 2009. After invoices were not paid in 60 days I contacted the company and was given all sorts of excuses. After 90 days outstanding I again contacted the company and was lied to again. I have been with TD Insurance for at least 16 years that they have on the log. I know it's more like 19 years. On a Friday I get a phone call after hours from man that states call the company we are not renewing your insurance. I call and am told I have minor infractions with my car and that they have no long term committment with loyalty. Just that they are not renewing me and without much warning. Customer service is going down the tubes these days. Everything is on auto dial 1 or 2 or 6. No humans runs phones anymore. I highly recommend you do not do insurance with TD. read full review »

For years now, the Godfather Pizza business in Kincardine, Ontario (950 Queen St.) has been making a sub-par product and selling it to the local primary schools for "pizza day." As a volunteer, I have witnessed many children complain that the pizza is cold, burnt, has no cheese, and scarce amounts of other toppings (including sauce). I keep hearing the same thing. This is the first time I have finally taken action in finding out why my grocery vouchers haven't come yet. Today, I went to the TD branch where my account is located to have a cheque certified. Believe me, if I could do it myself, I certainly would. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes minutes, while the limited amount of tellers finished schmoozing with a colleague who had just returned from lunch, I was finally "helped". The level of service is poor. TD visa insurance is a 3rd party comany. This 3rd party company does not work in collaboration with TD travel as a result the claim takes month to get processed. Supervisor took 3 days to get back to me when concerns expressed that your personal visa information was sent by mail and fax yet TD insurance continue to claim not recived. We recently purchased a Samsung set (dishwasher, fridge and stove) from Leons. Their prices were the lowest and the store offered additional discounts if all 3 appliances were bought. We only really needed the dishwasher but got sucked in because of the savings.
