I bought a sample of Life Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox on July 30, 2009. These products were shipped on August 7, 2009 and I received it on August 12, 2009. On my credit card account there is the price (US $5, 93)for the sample on July 31, 2009 and that's ok. I'm submitting this complaint for my mother she doesn't own a computer. My mother ordered a loud and clear (hearing device) it was advertised on tv for $29.95 she ordered 1 they sent 2 and chared her credit card $132.78. She mailed the merchandise back on July 7, 2009 and requested a credit back to her credit card. It is now August 26 and no refund. I booked 3 tickets to go to Lebanon, the agent did not write the correct spelling of my first name and my father's first and last name. My wife her mother and sister checked in to the Hampton inn on Aug 14 and was told they needed a credit card for damage depoist.(done) The next day they paid for the room in cash and asked for a reciept. They told them to just keep the reciept that was under the door. One week later i noticed my Credit card was charged for the room. I purchased a pair of Wip Balm Sandals at my local Aerosole store at the beginning of June 2009. Within a month of wearing them, the insole was separating from rubber outersole, at the heel of the sandal. When the dresses arrived, they were clearly fakes and poorly hand made by someone else with the cheapest quality material. We paid the designer price. Having signed up for a new account last April 29, 2009, my wife and I both received the same model phone with the purchase of our plan. They are the Samsung slider phones. My wife hasn't had any problems with her phone but mine was shutting itself off randomly, sometimes while trying to have a conversation with someone. Nov 3, 2008 I took my boat ( 2005 Crownline ) in to have a repair done to the water manifolds on the engine. I also requested that they check for further damage done by water freezing. I was informed that the motor and intake were cracked and that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced at a cost of $8600+ dollars (I have the estimate). I am paying for comprehensive service which means I am covered for major dental work, I called Sun Life to see if the procedure I was considering was covered and the person on the phone said yes so I proceeded with the procedure. I rented a Hyosung 450 sport quad for my buddy from these guys and got accused of doing 1500 in damage when in fact nothing of the sort was done to it and the damage was done before I picked it up.
