Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. Fido has been a disappointment from the start. Their fees have increased without notice, services are extremely difficult to access and only pre-authorized payments are allowed on a pay as you go program (unless you are prepare to pay every month on a fix date with the threat of being discontinued every time). I purchased (and paid for) a custom built oar. It was originally sent approximately 2 months after payment by DHL. Per DHL's tracking service it was lost. Island Oars requested to make another one rather than refund the money, which was fine, as I still wanted the oar. I purchased a so-called warranty at The Future Shop. I've since found out that a this warranty consists of a thirty dollar piece of paper with the work warranty appearing on it. I have been receiving correspondence from the Camelot Group stating I have won an on line lottery for 183 odd million dollors. I followed through with all of their requests until the delivery company requested payment of between $795.59 to $556.91 dollors depending on how fast I wished to receive my cheque. I had service activated in July of 2007 when I moved into my new apartment for wireless internet & telephone connection. First I bought RegCure, and Pareto PC came with it. As others have indicated, RegCure is useless. Pareto PC is supposed to clean up unnecessary files. I was operating my volkwagon jetta down the street from my house. Vehicle has 85000kms. Operating the vehicle on the last valid day of my 5 year powertrain warranty. Vehicle overheated. Beware: bills will be padded with repetetive charges. Repair hours inflated. They took 2 weeks to fix up my blown alternator and finally I have to "replace" the ECU and was charged for 5d4 hours labor then after all these checking they "found" out the radio fuses need to be replaced with additional charges.
