Hi all. On April 10th 2006 I purchased battery from the Canadian Tire in Port Coquitlam B.C. for my motorcycle. On July 28th 2006 it died, lasting only 15 weeks. I was quite a ways from home (2.5 hours) or a Canadian Tire when this happened, so I had to purchase a new battery. The store offered to hold my battery for a while incase I was able to pick it up. I was not able to get the battery myself but a friend was passing the store on her way to my place and brought it to me, that was October 20th 2006.

From Nov.2004 to Nov. 2005, I was overcharged for gas to heat an apartment that I rented. I was forced to pay the said amount in the spring, and after I threatened to sue them,they sent me an unexplained refund of $600., and in addition,refunded the property owner over $1000. for the gas that had been used in my unit during the year 2004-2005. On several occasions I have purchased products from this store. The last purchase was a month ago. I attempted to return a very expensive defective cable for my HD TV to Receiver connection. They refused to accept it as I didn't have a receipt. Talked to the manager and he said to bring it back in and he would try to find out by searching master card receipts. This is not really a complaint about any one person, but I really hate the gas prices. I know for a fact that the Big 4 Oil Companies in Canada are making huge profits regardless of the market price per barrel. Their profits stil increase every year, the reason is because we're all so dependant on it. Our pockets get more empty, but theirs get more full with $$$ I drive 2 hours a day, and the amount of money I spend in gas is more than I spend on food, water and hydro.

When we signed my son on student plan with Bell Mobility, we thought the plan was simple, easy to understand, we could control the costs. However, the phone options are continually be updated. We NO longer have control of what is being charged to us.

We had a very, very negative experience with After Hours tuxedos last weekend. It began with their Ann Arbor, Michigan store listing the grooms name incorrectly, followed by a groomsman who was calling with his measruements long-distance from Canada being told (by a person in the Traverse City, Michigan) store to call back later as she was too busy to take any measurements from him. I am tired of Canada Post’s use/misuse of local courier companies to deliver parcels doing THEIR work for them and doing it poorly.
This is about the 6th time this happens this year. This time I ordered a product within Canada (Ontario) by Expedited Parcel and to be received today at the latest (7 days). Signed up for long distance last year for calling India for rate of 16 cents, at the present still charging me 16 cents, while on their web site, the rate for calling India is 13 cents. Call customer service to complained about this, and she told me they are still charging me the old rate when I signed up. I think the rate when i call india should be 13 cents not the 16 cents, it should have being adjusted accordingly.

I'm sure where to start. Since leaving Bell Canada I've had nothing but problems with my phone. First when it was installed we received no incoming calls for 4 days. They also said that by leaving Bell we would have our phone bill on the same bill as our internet and cable as we were already Rogers costumers. I have a credit for a flight from July 21, 2005 when I had to cancel a return only flight from Halifax to Victoria because of car trouble on a cross country trip and could not meet the time to fly home to BC.
I had cancellation Insurance at the time and did think to call them to report this. So I had only one year to use the credit or lose it. As it happens . I have not been unable to rebook due to family problems and request an extension of the time. I would love to take a trip in the next few months .

I would like to get my complaint out in the open, About A movie I reciently viewed from Bell Express Vu. This movie, on the actual DVD was rated 14 and up, but on bell express, It was rated 8 and Up. Inland Auto and Boat
I purchashed a Used Boat from Inland Auto and Boat, Perris Ca boat dealer around May 1 2006. The first time we brought it out on the lake the engine died. The boat was returned to the dealer and they stated they would fix it. The boat was returned back to us a week later and then we took it out again, exact same problem existed
but this time we had to pay a $195 tow bill to get back in to the launch area. It has been 8 weeks now, the boat has been returned back to the dealer 5 times for the exact same problem. On one of the days they had it for repair, they even damaged the Bow and ripped the seats. read full review »

Like Sean, Malcolm and the others, I too, own a 2002 Ford Taurus and also had front coil spring failure, requiring replacement of both springs, a tire and sway bar links. I approached FORD about the recall covering 1999-2001 Taurus and Sable models, and FORD informed me the recall was not applicable to my car. Ordered a set of 4 Toyo Open Country M/T tires and waited over week before I was told by Toyo 'Customer Service' they could get the tires in from Vancouver but it would cost me an extra 100 dollars. This seems like an odd business practice to me for tires. First you get a price for the tires and then they throw in the extras, like actually getting you the tires. I have unlawful charges on my cell phone for two months. Phone number is 514 476-3780.
