I bought PDA E70-3 from Kintech for 236USD. It has TV, GPS, Windows CE operating System but none of the things are working. I contacted the company for support but they could not solve my problem. They have told me to send back the PDA for replacement. I is intimated that I have already paid more than 60 USD as transportation charges. They responded and said they only accept PayPal if the amount is over 5, 000 Euro. They wanted wire transfer or Western Union. I cancelled the transaction. Recommend never using wire transfer or Western Union as you have no recourse. Most scammers want Western Union or wire transfer. They don't stock most of the items displayed on their website. When you purchase an item they send a very poor item which is nothing like what you bought. They have a refund policy and don't honour it. Instead they just keep offering more items at a cheaper price to make up for the poor quality product they sent.
