Then I made inquiries about seagate sata 500gb hard disk and gave the hard disk in service center. They said, it was not purchased from an authorized dealer so they will not repair or replace it. ICICI have sent this by courier and they will give a courier reference #. However they cannot give you the phone number of the courier and we have to find that from the website of the courier!
