i am sunita gupta.i have bought a 0.75tons ac from your your dealer in delhi(pitam pura) "nayyar electronics" but now a days its not working fine.
several complaints have been made to the concernedf athorities through the call center numbers provided but no response.
my first complaint was made on 06-08-09, second on 14-08-09 and the third on 16-08-09.the engineer comes check, inform us about the problem but does not fix it due to anavailibility of the spare part.
i hope that you will look into the problems and do the needfull at the earliest.

Reagarding MTC
This is to inform that three buses from Adyar bus stand to Chemenchery(19D), Kelambakam(19P), Siruchery(19K) are converted into Ordinary buses("Saadhaarana kattanam"). But after election they are charging As per ‘M’ service. They don’t have prefix M in front of the number. If I ask the Reason for charging as M service, the conductor said complaint in the depot. I complained about this in depot but no positive step taken by the higher officials. Kindly take a positive action.

Dear sir,
This is your kind information that "ELA GAS AGENCY" Sector - 93 not providing the services to the customer, Their Phone NO. (0120-3222219 ) are always busy or you will find them out off oder. It is very hard to find any person on phone to book a gas.
By Luck you got the person on the line them you must be ready to listen a hard word as you have made a mistake to ask a gas.
This is a general practice, to deliver the GAS after 7- 10 days.
The delivery boy hardly carry weight machine with them.

regarding the pending delivery of N-73 re-submitted on 27th July for persistence of the similar problem. This was my 4th complain in Last 4 months. I have already inform regarding the same to head quarter.

The forest department is purchased hp laser m2727nf (product no.CB532A, SL No.CND9873G28) on May-2009, it is worked only few weeks only. then afterwords it is not working. i was complaint to hp (CASE ID 2608564784, dated 23-06-2009) and -redington service on 07-07-09. some engineer (nagaraja) will come and checkup on 17-07-2009 and say to change some spare. then we reminded and reminded again till now no ome come here and clear the problem. read full review »

Forget about their commitments...this cheat company has not even refunded our principal amount.

Vodafone has got the worst Customer services in India.
If some one is calling ion Customer care in night hours then think that you should have alot of time more than 1 hour for a problem of just 5 mins. In the end it might be possible they will sleep putting you on hold or they will hung up on face.
