I bought a new Swift Dzire in Febraury 2009. When I drove it in the first week itself I noticed abnormal noise from the front suspension. Whenever the car goes over a hump or a pot hole the front suspension makes some metal rubbing noise. I was vodofone prepaid connection for the past e years, so I thought of change to postpaid connection went to the vodofone shop and applied for the postpaid connection and paid Rs. 550/- cash immediately. Till today 28.07.09 the vodofone people did not activate for the postpaid connection.. today morning went to the shop and told Mr. Vikram to deactivate the postpaid connect and give the connection...but he told that after 45 days only they will return the cash...why the service is very bad ...while taking cash from custmer they are taking... read full review »
Renewal of Passport
I have submitted with all the documents of my duaghter required for
Renewal of Passport. File Reference : W609161, City Hyd.
The telephone numbers are virtually busy 24x7. The online status does not change ...only the date is update.
We have to travel US soon. Waiting for the passport to come soon.
Till now the online status is showing as : Passport will be dispatched by 21st July and it is almost a week.
Please could you look and let us know when we will be recieving my daughter's renewed passport.

SCB Credit ard is the worst ever!!! In spite of me making the paymant, they have put me in efaulters list and have harassed me so much that I am on the verge to file a complaint against SCB. I have complained several timesin customer care, have emailed the bank customer division head, have complained online... done wat not to get the issue resolved... Today I have visited HDFC Bank Gillanders House Branch to fore close my personal loan. The operation dept. told me that I need to submit one application today mentioning that I want to fore close my loan and give an approval for the same. DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd- courier service
They have charged me Rs. 80 / and I being a consumer has agreed to pay that price coz of the urgency involved in delivery of document (Medical related document) . But unfortunately, there is a breach of contract from DTDC's side. While I call the number am told that courier goes to Bangalore from Mumbai and then to Mangalore...which itself was a very hilarious reply ... A sensible logistics company would never work backwards in terms of their route.

My k550i mobile phone is generating trouble in network connectivity.I have shown this problem to SONY ERICSSON authorized service center for permanent solution.The service center has upgrade my software version and informed me that the problem has been resolved. BUT, I am facing the same issue with network connectivity.I have tried with two other brand mobile phones, to check whether my Mobile SIM may have problem, but it was not as in other mobile phone, I am not facing any network connectivity trouble.

Every time we are getting the response that the department doesn't have the phone set if we wanted the proper one we need to buy it.
