I bought a Mototola Cellphone from Ms. Maru Enterprises, Vashi New Mumbay on 27 Feb 2008. The set failed to function from the month of August 2008, which is still under warranty, and was returned to the Service centre, namely, varad at vashi. Despite several telephone calls and personal trip to this shop, I dont get a satisfactory reply from them. The service provided by the staff is very very poor. I have subscribed to billdesk bill payment services for my mobile and telephone bills for the past 2 years. In these 2 years, I have been charged late payment charges of Rs 100 + Service tax almost 6 times. I had called up their call center and helpline 11 times regarding my installation and demo and each time they said that the technician would arrive in half an hour. CWE have given a complaint for non functioning of the refrigerator about 15-20 days back. A person visited our place and informed that the compressor has to be checked and gas has to be filled. He came after two days to do the same, but immediately the next day, the condition of the refrigerator was the same. This is with regard to the poor quality of service displayed time and again by both the LG customer care executives and the LG service engineers which has made me resolve not to indulge in any other LG product again. Only the lowest level of customer satisfaction can be the outcome of inefficient and untrained CCEs who for some reason miscommunicate every time to consumers like me. Quality of this particular phone of samung is really bad. As it stopped working, without any identifiable reason. Phone just doesn't start and to my horrors they don't have a service center which are near my place. I had bought the Samsung MAX the CDMA phone three months back and just after two and half months it troubled me with the severe problem and was sent to Banglore for the service and its been more than 1 month where the service status is static i.e. the problem is not resolved and it is very much discomfiting that there are a number of individuals I know in my office who are irritated with the Mobile phone and its service aspect.
