I am a consumer of LPG Gas, Conumer No.8740 from Shashi Chandra Gas Agency, Kadru, Ranchi-834002 (Jharkhand) who is dealer of LPG of Bharat Petrolium Corp.Ltd. Kent RO system installed at my home is not functioning well. Candles are due for replacement. When ever we call over telephone their people do not attend properly more over once consequent upon our complaint no. 1444 service staff visited our home and replaced one candle and assured us to replace another candle in day or two that was on 04.07.2008. WE are working in a Project site of Jindal power at Tamnar, Raigarh, India. We have taken about 41 connections from Reliance.Till date there is no payment pending against us. Inspite of that Reliance has abruptly disconnected about 30 lines citing reason for ouncing of Cheque no 169476 amounting Rs.31, 767 .Payment against the cheque drawn on SBI, Tamnar was cleared way back on 30.05.2008. At Hyderabad, the Blue dart chaps say that there is no full address confirmation on the credit card for delivery when the entire address was vetted by me before Citibank, Mumbai sent the card by Blue Dart.
