Complaint No 3323494, dated 31st July. My product is under AMC. The service agreement for IFB is 24 hrs. I have been behind these people for so many days, but to no avail. I have also spoken to Ms Monika (Service head, Delhi) and Mr Gupta, franchisee head. But till date i have not received any one from them. The company claims that a person visited my house on 4th Aug, even if i agree to it, i wish to know whether he was supposed to call me or not before coming to my place. If yes, did he call me? Sir There are kanthi sweets factory vehicles which keeps blocking the K 2 street on markham road ashokanagar, and its really creating problem for local transport, every now and then they block the roads and people can hardly move around on that road and that is one of the main routs to Joseph's college and brigade road. From morning 6 till night the road is always blocked with all the load trucks, autos, vans everything. The Philips after sales service is pathetic at best. I have a LCD TV which faced a problem of its PCB burn out. The service center took 4o days with no word or foolow up on the future of my beloved Tv whihc doubled as my computer monitor at times. They could deliver the consignments within promised time but few boxes were missing (Provision clothes and few utensils).
