I have been using broadband of bsnl since oct 2006, since then I am facing problems regarding connectivity. It disconnects every 15 days and I am not able to deliver the work on time to my clients. It's last past month that my connection is not working at all and on several complaints I am not able to get the assistance. I do not have any outstanding on my PCO connection. The line is disconnected for non-payment. When i call customer care, i am told it is a error due to a mistake from their billing dept. This is not the first time this is happening. I register a complaint but without any action. This speaks of the poor quality of service provided by one of the subscribers claiming top rankings in the industry. From Last two weeks we have been after franchise of Sify to reactivate our account, inspite of that he is not responding, even he is not attending the phone calls, its really pathetic situation for us, because I stay at Dubai and at least once in day I have to make ISD call for this follow-up. I had switched my broadband plan from 512 kbps to 1Mbps. Right from day one I was not able to connect to the speed which I am supposed to. I get connected to the speed of 650-750 kbps. I had called their customer service multiple times (More than 30 times literally) still this issue has not been solved.
