I have a connection from Raghu Gas Gurgaon. I have ost the original papers and the booking notebook. Raghu Gas people say they cannot issue me duplicate connection and they cannot track my cutomer id (imagine, its a computerized branch). And the only option is to have the connection cancelled. I had applied for passports of my parents (Senior Citizens), with the application filed on 07.11.2007 at the Kolkata Regional Passport Office (#W011345/07 and W011343/07). Its been close to 6 months, but they are yet to recieve their passports. Police verification has been duly carried out. I wonder why these things happen to your system especially for non- payment of Rs 487.50 monthly bill which I do pay regularly.
