Staff of Arora Gas Agency has been very irresponsible in catering to the needs of consumers. A cylinder was booked on 2nd of Feb. 2008 but when it didn't come we reminded them thrice again to deliver the cylinder. But it is 18th now and still no sign of relief seems to be seen. When I got back the blazer from them after dry cleaning, I found that it was burnt in small patch on the back, also as it was cordori blazeer there was lot of signs of hard brushing, it had become hard and it was no more soft as it was earlier.
