Airtel simply does not care for its customers. My number is 09955157367 and the sms balance enquiry i.e. *123# is not working since last 2months. For this i have registered the complaints many times with no reply from airtel customer care. I have send the complaint many times via message to 121 but the problem has not been solved. In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery.they are not lifting the telephone also, after reaching there for booking of a cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. After next 10 days when we book our gas it normally takes 15 days or more to receive a gas. I don't think in metropolitan city like Mumbai where there is very good infrastructure and transport facilities such problem should arise. Even after having paid outstanding by cheque as per practice on 24th januray it was not shown updated in my account and on 29th january when markets dipped, I received calls from them to pay up or shares will be sold. This is grossly high ended behavior and negligent attitude and abuse of powers given to broker to deal in shares in good faith and in legitimate legal or client approved transactions. I holding a pre paid connection Number 9213921836 having validity upto 22.01.2008 with grace period upto 22.05.2008. On this basis I got myaccount recharged , however the service on my number has been distcontinued w.e.f. 23.1.2008 with standing announcement on phone that validity of my number has expired w.e.f. 22.05.2008.
