Hi, I am in Hyderabad and we are trying to get our Accent Hyundai repaired by Talwar Hyundai service center. The service center is very pathetic I dont know how the owners are proud about their service center. we had the following complaints: 1. My mobile no. is 9890317450. Few months back, VASPACK 50 and Missed call alert activated itself. I am regularly lodging compaint for about 5-6 months initially through telephone on customer care and later through SMS. On 8.03.08, I reeived the reply through SMS that "complaint is registered by us is under observation and we assure you that appropriate solution will be provided" . Since than I am regularly following up and I get the SMS that I will be intimated in 24 hours but it never happens.
