My reference no. is 26611 dt. 16.10.2007 by 45 days gone I continuously call call centre people that no technician has visited to our home. They says that with in 48 hours problem has been solved but they service centre people are not interested to solve the problem.
I repeatedly call their call centre i.e.19011801111 they assures me that today our technician has visited to your home, but service centre people are not interested to solve the problem. so much time i spent a money on telephone, but philips after sales service is not good & i personally suggested to all people to not purchase a philips product. I had booked the VXi car on 19/10/2007. I was suppose to get the delivery in the first week of November as per promise from the delaer. I am yet to receive the delivery. Every time, dealer says that there are some delivery issues from Maruti and it will delivered in a week's time. Its pathetic that country's leading car company and its dealer fail to inform the possible delivery period to customer.

I had booked a return ticket on ezeego1.com using my icici bank platinum card during the 50% cash back offer (on 3rd October 2007). The cash back promised to me was Rs. 2399 (50% of the base fare). But, in my credit card statement, I received only Rs. 1200 cash back. I have sent ezeego1.com several mails, submitted web queries on their website but received no response. I have tried calling them hundreds of times on the number mentioned on their website but again received no response.

Inorder to get concession in excise duty for the cars ment for disableds, I have applied for manufacturer's certificate from Hyundai Motors India Limited through M/s Kothari Hyundai Pune(Car Dealer). After enclosing the necessarymedical certificate etc(Annexure-II) the same was sent to HMIL through said dealer in June 2007. MSEB is the worst electricity board I have ever seen. I am fed up with daily 6 hours powert cut in our area (Dombivli, MIDC). I have lots of example in our area where people steal power and the in one example they don't have a connection since last 12 years, and using the power like anything throughout day and night.

LPG Refill booked on 25.9.07 vide Booking No. 29981. Assured supply within 15-20 days. Not supplied till date. Telephone Calls or personal visits is the only mode of communication. Whenever tried to make contact, tel. always found busy or un-answered.
Finally contact established yesterday. The dealer falsely stated that refill was sent on 17.10.07 and door was found locked. This is to beware you that don't go for airtel mobile service in at least Himachal Pradesh circle. Six months ago I subscribed a postpaid connection from airtel. Since then I'm receiving promotions calls from them. I requested number of times to Airtel customer care and they didn't reacted at all. I believe they do not understand a simple word 'NO'. I purchased a Maruti Alto car (MH12 DE 4823) from Sai Services-Pune in April 2006. Since day-1, there is an irritating humming noise when we drive the car in 4th and 5th gear. The problem has been looked at many times by the Kondhwa service center of Sai Services, but no solution till date. each time i call at customer care they asked me to resubmit the documents by saying that they have either not received any or just misplaced them. even they have not received any fax, can you imagine.

Recently i bought furnitures from Home and Beyond (12th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai). I bought a Family cot and a Wardrobe worth Rs.52000/-. After i paid the advance for everything i have to call and follow up start from the delivery.

I am having Dish TV connection under VC No. 01500522302 since Oct'05. The same was renewed in Oct'06. Due to faulty payment options by Dish TV through Net Payment I paid the subscription twice. However the company kept quite for 8 months and on my complaint refunded it without any interest or apology.

I have a problem with my LPG tube which needed replacement and we have been calling the customer service number for over 2 weeks, but there is such a callous attitude that they are not bothered at all.
We tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS Double Tank Road, Kk Nagar, Chennai. No one picks the phone and even if someone does, it is a typical government office where no none gives a proper reply nor is bothered.
