This is a very bad complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank (Car Loan), I had taken a car loan from this bank on 2005. Hi, I had applied for an interenet connection from Hathway in the month of Jan. Their sales executive came to us and sold the package. I made the payment and still now i haven't got the connection, when i call customer care they hanp up the phone. I tried reaching their corporate number but no one from Hathcway even care to cll back and say please collect your money we cann ot give you the connection. My experience with Hyderabad passport office is abosolutely horrific. There is no accoutability and responsibility. The telephone numbers are virtually busy 24x7. I had a terrible experience with Axis Bank Personal loans. They said they will give the loan in 4 days and they took more than 20 days only to tell me that they want a guarantor for the loan (Rs 3 lakhs) to get sanctioned!! It was simply horrible. They inquired my parents and two of my friends atleast 4 times and they were asking the same questions all the time. It was simply unbearable. I am suffering badly with my music system and have complained several times since last 5 months. I was cheated by charging Rs. 2468.00 as service charges whereas the system was never repaired. The system is lying with me in the same condition as it was earlier and I fear that the service personnels have taken out the good serviceable parts from the set to repair some other set as the company does not supply the spares to them in time or they also discard the old models. This Gas provider is acting nicely by not lifting phones from customers. I ended up try calling him for 1 hour continuously and fed up with the way these guyz operate.
