I registered for a 1 hour wifi access from the Hyderabad airport wifi hotspot. After the account information and credit card details are entered and upon submiting, the page errored out. Could not access the service. When i checked the credit card statement after a week, i found that the service provider has charged me twice, when infact the registration did not go through in the first place. My Aqua guard water purifier is not functioning properly. I lodged a complaint with the customer care cell of Aquaguard Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. Complaint reference No is 56563 dated 17 Feb 08, however its been one week now no one has attended the complaint. Whenever we make an enquiry, we are told that the service engineer is on his way. I think for a reputed company like AQUA GUARD it is a very very poor show. I hope the top management of the company in India read this complaint and do something to make their customer service effective and customer friendly. I booked a Swift Lxi Model in October, 2007 with Moden Automobiles, Chandigarh. I was advised that the wait period of this model is 4-6 weeks. On number of instances, I inquired from Dealer. Each time ,I was told that the requisite model has not been dispatched by the company from their Gurgaon Factory.
