Dear Sir, We had Purchase and Hp Laser Jet 3055 Printer on 26-04-2006. On 24-11-2007 there was an problem in the printer that the paper was not feeding in to the system. Dear sir , My LPG distributer is Ananth Gas Agencies, Near H.A.L.Hospital, Bangalore - 560017, my cust. No 78331 and category is domestic double. My distributer does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. Then he takes 10-12 days to supply it. Hence practically I cant get supply before 31 to 33 days. This particular gas dealer is troubling us quite a bit and not issuing gas cylinders in time. He does not let us book a cylinder with in 30 days from the day it was last issued (not with in 30 days from the time we last booked for the cylinder). Also he is taking about 3 weeks to issue the cylinder from the date it is booked. I have informed about these happenings couple of times. I have 2 cylinders. 1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas. 2) They check the previous refilling date.
