I bought a Zodiac King Size Bed from @Home in Koramangala, Bangalore. First of all , Although it says it's a King Size Bed , A standard king size mattress didnt fit in it. I applied for new airtel post paid connection in the month of November, 2007. I paid 699/-rs in advance for one year rent. I got new mobile number from them which is 98181-72309. This number was barred within 5 5 days after activation. I called so many times at airtel customer care, all the time their executive noted my concern, but did not take any action till now. I purchased Aqua guard RO costing around 15 grands. Water has been dripping from the unit from the day it was installed. Repeaed calls to the customer care resulted only in them sending inexpirenced tech chaps who keep mentioning that its a minor fault and they need to get some part to have this taken care of. I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08. I have been trying to call up these guys from ezeeego for last 20 days but nobody seems to give heed to any mails or calls. It is the worst experience i have had with any service industry. Eureka Forbs is very much short of the expectations of customer.I have contacted these persons for purchase of Aquaguard Total RO. They have taken full 100% advance and assured me that the system will be fitted within two hours. However even after 6 days they have not done any thing. Despite of repeated phone calls,they just try to transfer the responsibility to someone others. I am fed up with them ,but cant do any thing as they have taken 100% advance. I purchased Motorola Razr V3i on 4th December 2007 at around 8.30 pm and within 24 hours (on 5th December 2007 around 4.30 pm) its flip screen display stopped functioning.
