My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery. I don't know who made this rule but if you add average 10 days of time taken for delivery it adds up to 21 + 10 + 10 = 41 days. Is thsi the fair rule.. I have bought ups of apc on 29 feb, 2006. After 1year and 6 months it has effected my motherboard. I have purchased Home Theater System from Sansui. After one week its sound stopped working. I have tried and tried to locate my items that I ordered from a company called Linux Bazar, but I cannot get any anwers from The Indian postal Agency. Their website is the worst ever. I'm in South AFrica and tried to file a complaint on their website, but its so slow! There are not eve any contact numbers or e-mailaddresses available. I get a mediclaim policy, through sbi card tied with Royal Sundram for the year 2005-2006 by informing me and I paid the amount to the card also. But for the year 2006-2007 the same amount has been debited from the SBI credit card without my knowledge. I would like to lodge a complaint about the motorola Motorazr handsets. I have bought two handsets within 20 days and both of them turned up to be faulty. I have been receiving harassing phonecalls from some Airtel & Hutch numbers. The person on the other end seldom speaks, but if they do they ask for someone who doesn't really exist. Even after repeatedly telling them that such a person does not have access to my phone, I keep getting such calls even in the middle of the night. It may be that some youngsters think this is a funny thing to do, but it disturbs my sleep to no avail. I bought a Samsung 24QP (2 Tonne AC) sometime in June'05. AC Worked properly for 2 years. However since July '07, the following problems have surfaced : 1.
