During the month of August i have cleared my payment against the Bill raised by the company the company has not credited Rs. 300 deposited at one stop payment shop authorized by Hutch. In the month of November without any prior information my connection was inactivated by the co. I have visited the office of the co. at lodhi complex, ludhiana and shown the executive Ms. Hardeep, she assured me that within 24 hours my connection shall be restored. I purchased a Santro xing from Hyundai from a Kerala dealer of Hyundai India. The product did just 28000 kms and its crankshaft failed in just less than two years time and shockingly the company is not acknowledging this fact. I request all Santro Owners who purchased their cars around November 2004 to check their vehicle. I have give it for repair in the authorized sony ericsson service center and after three days they returned it to me by saying it has been repaired. But the same problem continued. our landline connection in t.nagar subway outlet is often getting disconnected,and even we register a complaint through customer care, there is no service at all,and i don't know what the hell u people are doing,u people need the payments regularly and u wont serve us properly, last month the line got disconnected and we got reconnection after 10 to 15 days, and again now for the past 4 days(2-12-06 to 5-12-06) the line got disconnected and nobody is taking care, and this is an international chain of restaurant in chennai, and our communication to other outlets and customers are through this line. read full review »

I have a mobile(N93) which is not working from the day one. I got network and was able to make calls only for 30 minutes. I had been to one of the service centers in Bangalore but they did not help me get the set repaired and at the same time scratched the body of my mobile. So that shows how nokia trains their personnel in their service centers maybe because thy can compel the consumers to buy a new one as by the time it comes out of the service center, it would be very tough for the consumers o use. I time complaint about the Airtel's Network Coverage in the Kharadi MIDC, IT Park, but yet no action has been taken. There are many IT companies in this area such as Zensar, Synechron but the network quality is worst in this area. Only 1 or 2 bars are shown in the mobile and sometimes there are no bars shown. Hi Complaints board, I've gone for a film with my wife to Innovative Multiplex last month. We have bought "Diet Pepsi" and they have charged Rs. 40/- per can, where as the printed price is Rs.25/-. This is to bring your kind attention towards my problem. HDFC Bank has issued a Credit Card in my name but I never received the Credit card. The Bank agents handed over the card to someone else without matching my signature and without informing the issuance of card. On 12-10-06 and HDFC Bank Agent informed me that an amount of Rs.9975/- is debited from my account through Credit Card purchase. I have extended my warranty a year ago for 2yrs from that date. Now my system is troubling me and i have placed the complaint so many times. They always say that your account hasn't been updated. You have to re-fax the document. I have faxed them so many times that document since I have confirmation slip of those faxes. I have told them so many times that pls help me out of this problem but they always say to re-fax. HCL is a big company and they are doing like this. The worst nightmare I has had, was , when i called up AIRTEL customer care in chennai. They are unable to resolve my issue, or have some courtesy towards the customer (ME). My issue was that my balance was depleting everyday whenever I am in roaming. My HOME NETWORK is chennai, and my mobile would be in ROAMING when I go to Bangalore. I bought a SANCHARNET CARD from BSNL office last month.It is a prepaid Internet access card.The advantages of this card is to access Internet according to the recharge options. My card is of value 168Rs. Actually 25hrs, Sundays free and 11:00PM to8Am free on all days.But they included 568 call units on bill. I got 740Rs bill by doing only 30 calls for the whole month. The Telephone numbers of the above gas agency i.e 22321490, 22324690 and 65258584 are either not working or the office staff are not receiving the calls made by the customers For booking of Gas Cyllinder. I had personally trying so many times but at last, We have to visit the Gas Agency personally for the booking of the gas. I have taken post-paid connection (Rs.999 for 2 years) plan from Airtel Delhi in Oct'06. I have not received any bill so far. Also, I am told whenever I want to avail roaming facility, I have to visit local Airtel office and deposit Rs.1500/- to activate and on return deactivate. Is it true? The problem is, the customer care executives themselves are not clear on the schemes. When we inquire, they start checking with themselves and give us some odd solutions on their own. I frequently get unsolicited calls/sms of advt. nature mostly bank loans. I do not know, how on earth they get access to the database of service providers. The cell nos are supposedly to be of secret in nature and there is a Supreme court of India judgment that the persons making unsolicited calls can be booked under law. Whenever I raise this point with such callers, they quietly close the calls. In the month of feb-06, i received a call from ICICI lombard that they are providing a kind of facility like if i met with accidents... Etc. This is with regard to my Airtel Prepaid connection number-9897077194. Today i.e. 27th of November 2006, it was my last day including grace period to recharge my number. I went to many airtel dealers who could use the Easy Recharge Facility to recharge my number but they are saying that the Server is down for the whole day and they are unable to do so today. Currently i am on Lifetime plan(monthly recharge of Rs.99) with balance of Rs.395. I want to register my protest and ask the company to take serious and effective steps to refund my balance as it is completely their fault. I was trying to recharge mobile through online banking-hdfc with an amount '222' for top -up in Airtel number - 9818481134. And Recharge was unsuccessful with the Transaction ID: 1127200618441386656. I had queries to a customer care person ('Ranjit') for clarification. But he told, he could not able to do anything. And query will be logged for 7 days to get money back or to make recharge successful. Got response in rude ways. I had never thought, customer care person are responding in this way.
