I had bought a new Nokia N-70 music edition phone last year, with great joy, hoping my phone was the best among my colleagues. My Nokia CDMA 3155 set is a flap phone and when the flap broke out, i took it to NOkia care at Shaheed Bhagat Singh center. There i was given the assurance that within a wee pls check up for ur set, coz the work involves jus a body change and the then they might do a software checking also. to see, if there are any other difficulty. I signed up for the free real player download. I found this to be a non user friendly item, and tried to cancel the "subscription" several times with no reply or effect. The firm still charges me regularly 11 euros + 6,95 euros per month for "RealMusic" and so called "tonePASS". I just want to get rid of that contract as soon as possible, and want to get my money back, so would someone please help me to cancel the subscription!!! I have posponed the ddue date of my bill so I could pay it along with the next bill. But I have received a fine from collecting agency wich says I have to pay 300.00 euros . I have contacted DNA asking to check my phone record, because it is obvious that some one from DNA company made a mistake and forgot to change it . the only proof I have it is the bill and the date written one it, the new date which I asked when I called .
