very arrogant people. My dad had a bad fall during a trip and fracture a rib and injure his spine. Mondiale Assistance offer him to travel in Business to be more comfortable but didn't want to upgrade my mother who also paid for the insurance. My father is 71, not speaking a word of english, not used to be without my mam and also in pain. On the top of that, the file was open on a friday morning and the office in Paris only check the flight availability on Monday so it was no more room and offer to my dad the midnight flight by himself ! A return flight Faro – Lyon was booked with ebookers France for May 2010. Due to the volcanic ash problems the flight could not be executed due to major delays. The operator TAP gave us the necessary papers to enable us to claim the refund with ebookers. All the necessary info was submitted to ebookers. However now 7 months later and after a lot of correspondence we have still not received the refund from ebookers. Conclusion: ebookers does not refund your cancelled flight. We purchased Meindle walking shoes due to their reputation as a quality and reliable product. After 5 years - very little use - we went walking through the mountins of Pyrenees and after two Kms the shoes stated falling apart. First the left shoe and within 1 kilometer the second shoe. October 8th my husband and I and old friends boarded a Viking Ship, the Mirabelle, in Lyon France. WE took this ship because 2 of the 4 of us are handicapped and needed an elevator.
