On returning our rented cars from County Car Rentals Dublin, they were thoroughly inspected and confirmed ok by the company staff. I was selling an item, and my sister-in-law who lives in my house and uses my wireless network placed a couple of bids on my stuff (without my knowledge). I recently booked a flight through easy jet for me and my friend for paris, we were to book it online. We got to the confirm page and confirmed my details as well as my credit card and the page froze, not sending me a confirmation email. We waited and did it again as we were keen to get the flight, again same problem. Easy jet has now taken the amount out of my credit card twice, and i am not booked on the flight. This is the second unit that has failed owing to poor design: The cable between the charger is too thin, and breaks where it enters the strain relief (joke) at the body of the charger. Vodafone and Nokia say this is because of wear and tear, and take no responsibility, but the charger never leaves the socket into which it is plugged in. Re: Air Lingus I wish to lodge a complaint regarding my flight Jersey, Chanel Islands, U.K. to Dublin Ireland on 16th June 2007. Flight E1245 was delayed for a considerable number of hours with no explanation offered to any passenger. The weather in Jersey was quite awful and the initial assumption was that flights were delayed due to bad weather. y wife phoned the above-named company on 5th November 2006 regarding a wasps nest in the attic of our house. She got their number out of the telephone directory. A man in a plain blue van called out the following day and, from our back garden ,assembled a 25-foot approximate length of tubing on top of which was a gas cannister which, he claimed, sprayed a fine dusting powder. Cartrawler cancels booking without notification without notice, blaming it on safety concerns on credit card, even if amount is already withdrawn from your account. I booked car to be ready in Bangkok airport, at arrival no car there, after contacting car rental company, they informed me Cartrawler had cancelled. Do to this I had to book directly with rental company, refund from Cartraler less do to exchange rate changes, car rental higher, and wasted 2 hours before getting car.
