Katie Grashel recently sold kittens to 2 breeders in Italy that will not be getting them. She had her cats and kittens taken away a few weeks ago from the humane society, called by the police. Her cats and kittens were all sick, her house smelled horribly like cat urine and the animal welfare people took all the animals away for good. On Jan 20, 2009 we took a cruise on the Splendida to the Mediterranean. The ship was very clean the entertainment was great and the ports of call were interesting. I visited Italy last September. In 2009 approximately 7-8 months after the fact I received (three) violations from the Municipality of Florence. Stay away from this company!! We were an hour late because of ferries and they charged us an extra 100 euro to wait!! they knew they had us by the curlies. The customer service throughout the week rental was non existant and rude whenever we spoke to them on the phone. The info they gave us was either inaccurate or in spanish!! MV Agusta F4 model is faulty, it overheats causing the radiator to blow, in addition fairings have melted and the bikes have a very serious stalling issue. They refuse to take responsibility for this problem and issue a recall, despite the multiple (1000s) of complaints. We were told t drop off our rental at a designated location and time, we were there earlier and the office had closed and would not be open again till Monday, this was a Saturday.
