I was given a car with no spare wheel (and not advised of this) so when I had a puncture I had to wait over an hour for a pick up truck to transport me and the car (midday, no aircon!) for two hours. I had some bad experience with them. They say that they sold your design, and give it away with the client, later you get it back, and they say the deal is off. My wife rented a defective car from Budget Auto at the Milan (Malpensa) airport. The car broke down on the Auobahn and she was later charged $1500 to repair the defective auto. My complaint is because bookings.com works with a hotel by the name of Bungalowpark Domaine de Chodes in Belgium, which apart from being of awful quality, also rips off their customers.
