I have applied for ICICI Dmat account. Past 5months and I am yet to receive the service. Almost every weekend I visit the icici center only to get false promises by their employees. I was looking online for Legal Aid. This company contacted me after I filled out a form detailing the nature of my legal issue. They represented that they could assist me when in fact my legal issue was a criminal matter and not in their domain. They strung me along, took $89 for a review fee, then they said it was a filing fee but they filed nothing. Then they said they had acquired documentation to verify my complaint but I actually faxed these documents to them. They did nothing for me for a week which put me in contempt of court. I took two tommy bahama items to be cleaned. Upon picking them up and getting them home, i noticed that the dye on one dress had run all over the garment. The other garment, a two piece suit, had scorch marks on it, obviously burned in the pressing. I called to discuss and they blamed it on the manufacturer, although i had had these two items dry cleaned other times with no problems. Glasses are backed by a 1 year warranty. These Chinese made 300 USD sunglasses broke. However sending them in to get repaired, results in no response, no phone calls back, long hold times on the phone without ever getting connected. My limit was 30 minutes. The service is a total loss we have had service with them for two long years and have being fighting them about the bad service Constant dropped calls static can not receive calls and we do not get the voice mail for hours later. Back in June 2007, we bought our new home. We ordered a full bedroom, dining room, and living room sets in March 2007 The salesman was very nice and made promises that just weren't kept. Do not go to stylist named Kat. She put red highlights in my hair that faded to orange in less than 24 hours. Went back and was told this was normal. If I had been advised that the colour would leave my hair that quickly then I wouldn't have had it done. Great haircut but sorry overpriced hair colour. We ordered a large amount of furniture at the end of February/beginning of March 2008. We still do not have all of our furniture in good condition; now at the end of July. I have a complain regarding the cancellation of my booking at this hotel where I failed to receive my refund of approximately RM500 credited back to my credit card. I paid this company $29, 000 to redo my kitchen. They installed the tile mural so that it slanted. They tried to correct it but were unable to. I had another tile installer redo it, at an additional cost of $700. I had purchased tire chains on a winter trip in December of 2007 in Oregon. I was told if I didn't use the chains it was no problem to return them. When I took them to the Les Schwab in San Carlos California (bay area), I was told I must have the receipt. Ordered Bluetooth earpiece on 7/4/08. Confirmation e-mail says to expect in 7-10 days. I contact them via customer service e-mail and phone. Phone is message only and no one returns my calls. The e-mail address in my confirmation order e-mail is no good and rejects when I attempt to send a query.
