My experience with Orr seems to be the same as everyone else. No returned e-mails, no returned phone calls. Property owner claims that Orr has been paid entire contract less 50K, but Orr won't pay us and won't explain what they did with the money. The bank required no lien releases before handing over funds to Orr, so there is little trail as to who they paid and who they didn't pay. Times are tough enough right now. I had to move but took the alarm with me as I was signed to a 5 YEAR contract after paying over $4000 for the alarm system itself I wasn't going to leave it in my old house. The IRS site recommended this company, so we used it. The federal return was suppose to be free, but we had to pay $29.95 to get it filed. We did it to insure taxes were filed on time. We even opted for the state filing at another $29.95. They claim they email within 24-48 hours to let you know your forms were filed. We never got an email.
