I ordered Flowers from 1800Flowers.com for same day delivery and received a confirmation code and promise that they would deliver by the end of the day...they never did! I called and got a cust service rep who could barely speak english and was obviously following a "word track" to resolve the issue. They said they would get it done the following day...they never did! I called AGAIN and I got the same run-around. At this point I asked the customer service rep why I shouldn't just call a local florist and work with them directly - honest-to-god, there was about 20 seconds of silence when I asked this question! Hilarious! Do not use this company! Just call your local florist directly and cut this ridiculous "middle-man" that can't deliver on the only thing that it advertises to do on it's website!
